Since the latest update, the iOS app does not open on my iPhone XS. It crashes after 2-3 seconds. Installed version 3.2.7.
Is it possible that this is more of an issue with your phone, rather than the app? I’ve found that the app can be pretty susceptible (more so than a lot of other apps too, unfortunately) to crashes and lag when my phone is going slow or has too much running in the back. Usually if I close out of everything else I have open or log out and log back on (maybe not possible if it won’t stay open long enough), the problems will stop. That’s basic troubleshooting so apologies if you’ve tried already.
personally not an iOS user, but a family member had a very similar issue (different iOS device and I think also the latest version of the app), where the app on iOS would simply not start, only thing that managed to fix the issue was completely uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
If all you observations are uploaded to you account that will also be no issue, all the data will be redownloaded.
That’s probably what you’ll have to do here. I’m not sure what causes this issue but it could be something like a corrupted databsae or something and uninstilling then reinstalling will fix it.
