Is there an existing way to see the elevation level for where the observation was observed?

Others have already explained how this can be done. Some time ago, there was a new feature request asking for elevation information to be obtained automatically from the coordinates on uploading, but it was turned down. I ID mostly plants and there too elevation is critical, so having it displayed without having to go through the process would be a real time saver. But there you are.
