Location exists on mobile but not on web

Description of problem:
Borneo is found on phone but not on web, why?

Step 1: search any species

Step 2: filter to location borneo on phone

Step 3: filter to location borneo on web

You need to use the place filter on Explore, not the location field (which only searches Google places).

ah got it…. I didn’t think the UI was this unintuitive.

You can see in your screenshot the results are “powered by Google”. But yes this does confuse a lot of people.

i had a similar problem

”zahara de los atunes” in spain was not in the app but no problem to find it via the website.
