Description of need :
For (1) Let’s say if some curators are more familiar with species in a certain area and want to prioritize addressing these flags. Since flags cannot be filtered by region at present, I came up with the idea of tracking the flags of specific users to achieve this purpose.
For (2) If some curators want to keep track of all flags for the genus Tupaia and send me an alert when someone flags Tupaia glis or Tupaia belangeri, or any other species of this genus.
Feature request details :

  1. Follow a specific user or users when one of the users adds a flag, one can get notified.
  2. Track the flag of a taxon and receive notifications when downstream taxa have flags that need to be resolved.
