Is there a place I can go to see a running list of the species that are posted for the first time on Inaturalist?
I’d also love to see a list of all the newly discovered species that are posted.
In the “Inaturalist Year in Review” i love the graph that is labled, "Newly Added Species in 2021. I’d love to be able to click on the graph and see what those newly added species are.

The First Known Photographs of Living Specimens project has some. These observations are all either newly discovered species or species that were formally described many years ago and rarely or never seen since. Lots of fascinating stuff here!

There are probably roughly equal numbers of common species that are already on iNat and BG, species that didn’t have previous observations on iNat (or had ever been imaged), unknown species that I don’t have the time or resources to confirm that they are described or not, and species that I’m confident that are undescribed.
