Description of problem :
I can no longer mark observations as having more than one subject in it. That part of the data quality assessment is faded and unable to be clicked. This is affecting every single observation for me.
What you are describing should be the case on all observations which contain only a single photo. Is this happening to you on observations with multiple photos?
That new DQA is for - picture of a dog, picture of a flower. They do not have one subject in common.
It is not for - there is a dog and a flower in the single picture. For that the observer must tell us what subject they chose.
Yes, this is potentially a result of the implementation of this feature request:

to prevent use of this DQA for single photo observations where it should not be used.
