This observation is 100% wild, so that isn’t a reason.

I don’t know why it was casual, but I did a couple of things, one of which fixed it. I marked it as “not wild”, then reversed that, and now it is OK.
I had this happen recently after having a phone upload interrupted by a lost signal. It usually corrects itself when you finish the upload but in this case it did not. I just deleted the observation and reuploaded it and everything was fine.
I also saw this today, I saw a new account with several recent uploads that were casual. Both dates were there, the observation had media, the DQA had no votes, and the “Can this observation be improved?” had both options completely greyed out and uninteractible.
