Observation not research grade even though there are no disagreeing ids and the "can the community taxon still be confired or improved" button has not been used

Description of problem:

Step 1: Go to https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/94780980

Step 2: Change my id to the current species level id.

Step 3: The observation is still Genus Drosera even though the community id is Drosera macrantha.

If you click the display for Community ID
3 votes for Drosera, and 2 for species.

It needs ‘more than two thirds’ to tip the vote.
Or only the 2 votes for species, without the ‘disagreeing’ one for genus.

Looks to be solved on observation in comments now. Thread can be closed as this isn’t a bug, just how disagreeing IDs work.
