Any obs where the community ID (genus Typha in this case) does not match the obs ID (Typha domingensis in this case) is made casual if “No, it’s as good as it can be” is checked. You need to either disagree with the species ID (to make it RG at genus) or not check that box (to make it needs ID at species).
