Observation with no encompassing places

Step 1: Click “Details” under map and see that this observation has no encompassing places.

Found this one while checking atlases. No idea what went wrong in the backend.

since you had two examples, I picked the first one and tested reindexing it; all of the places have reappeared. So I don’t know the cause, but it’s easy to fix
