Description of problem: this observation has 8 Species IDs but is still Hobby Quality (the “ID can still be refined box” is not ticked this time, but maybe I am missing something else and it is no bug?).
The observer opted out of community ID, so the label at the top will always match the observer’s ID.
When the community taxon (the taxon label on the right side of the page) is a descendant of the observer’s ID like this, it will stay “Needs ID” no matter how many additional IDs are added.
The only thing we can do is mark the community taxon as “No, it’s as good as it can be” in the Data Quality Assessment section.
