This observation is said to be located in Italy, but the location on the map is in Finland.
While something is incorrect here, this seems unlikely to be a bug. The location description (text) can be edited by users to be whatever they wish and doesn’t have to match the coordinates. I left a comment asking the user to check which is usually the best solution.
