Hello, I am new and I have a question, can old nature photos be uploaded or do they have to be taken recently (i.e. using the app)? I have a bunch of photos save from my phone over the past few years that I could share, however, I am not sure if that is acceptable for this program.

Completely fine and often very useful! I upload old stuff all the time, and there are many users that upload photos going back decades even

Totally fine. You can set an (approximate) date and location for them when you fill out the submission.
