Peaks on April 27th

Hello… I was just looking at the iNaturalist year in review and amazed at the huge lump in the graph that took place on April 27th - looks like it peaked two years running, and not just by a little. Is there some kind of event that happens on those days? I joined in the summer…

Wow… and generally just amazed at the number of research-grade observations made - almost half of all observations! And the number of new species added per month in the thousands!

The City Nature Challenge occurs at the end of April.

I also wonder what the regularly spaced small peaks on that same graph are. Maybe weekends?
