Plants in pots should be marked as cultivated and not wild?

I see many plants in pots… specially cucculents and cacti.
On “Research Grade Qualification” should I thumps down on “Organism is wild” when I see this? or some something else? or just leave it alone?

Yes, please mark as cultivated.

Use your judgement in cases where something spontaneously germinates in a pot.

if locally common but in a pot consider if it is an oppurtunistic germination, or comment on the observation to ask. If it is a uncommon/not invasive non native it most likely is captive.

Yes. Potted plants should be marked as cultivated.

Potted plants planted by humans are captive. Volunteers that happen to come up in pots (including indoor pots) still count as wild.
