When opening a project to edit, the project icon & banner images show as undefined and disappear once saved.

I can see your icon and banner image on your project page.
With 4 obs.
But if I click thru to an obs, it is ‘not in a project’ which is weird

This just started - happened to that new collection project, but also to older ones and even an umbrella project.
Something just happened.

I have had the same issue two days ago, banner and icon had disappered (now there are photos again, added newly)

The images have been there and after I had edited the project (added a new taxon) they were gone.

I have got the same problem with umbrella & collection projects. Anybody found a work around? I am currently updating quite a few projects and now always have to try and remember where I saved the banner images to upload them again when they disappear from the project.

I had the problem with the banner for a collection project on 2 Dec. Used desktop and Chrome. It kept disappearing and I had to kee on reloading it.

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.): Every time that I go into a project’s settings to update something, it resets the project’s banner and logo.

Yes, I have the same issue. Saving an already created project deletes the banner image and the logo/icon image which then have to be reentered and resaved. They show as ‘undefined’ before the ‘bad’ save takes place.
This is causing me issues as I don’t always have the images (disk crash over 12 months ago) and this means I have to recreate them using different sources which I am often reluctant to do.
This needs sorting to prevent the extra work and unnecessary changes to the way projects are displayed.

I just opened my Bumblebees of the Dakotas project and the image is GONE. I also had this happen to other projects when I changed their name. I think I should quit adding images.
This happens on Windows 11, Chrome.
We found what we believe is the cause and are working on a fix. I do apologize to anyone affected.

OK, we released a fix. I just made a few changes to one of my collection projects and the icon and banner image remained throughout.
