I have just created a project. Can you restrict members and invite only those you want to the project group. It is project group that I only wish to have people I have invited to join. Can I do this?

If so, then you’ve already implemented restricted membership

An alternative is to add the particular accounts you want to participate in the “Users” section of the project requirements. Then it doesn’t matter if other people join the project, only the listed people’s observations will be included.

You can also make a traditional project and set it to be invite-only.
