Rhinoceros's sweat!

Why do Rhino’s sweat blood ?
Wont the Rhino get affected by blood loss !
What is the reason for a Rhino to sweat blood ?

Rhinoceros don’t have sweat glands, so they don’t sweat, and they certainly don’t sweat blood. Hippos on the other hand, “secrete a thick, red substance from their pores known as ‘blood sweat,’ as it looks like the animal is sweating blood. The blood sweat creates a layer of mucous that protects hippo skin from sunburn and keeps it moist.” Still, it’s not actual blood.
