Squirrel ground holes

Hi, can I upload images of active ground holes created by red squirrels? There are a bunch of them in the forest close by, with lots of signs of squirrels feeding on spruce cones and I thought the location and activity should be captured, but wasn’t sure if this is something allowed in iNaturalist.

Yes, you can upload this

You can annotate it as “Evidence of Presence: Construction”

This annotation will make it easier for researchers to find these observations by using filters

We never know which observations will be useful for future studies or conservation decisions

You can write a comment with an explanation as well

Your explanation will add value to your observation

Yes, iNat observations can be of an organism or recent evidnece of an organism, including things like burrows, nests, tracks, scat, etc. I recently posted this spider burrow.
