Submitting a higher taxon on iOS not possible for me

Description of problem: If I want to contribute a higher taxon to an ID and don’t want to submit a veto, it’s not possible because the “Submit ID” button is greyed out. I’ve tested this on several observations. Submitting a veto does work.

This is fixed in the current beta and should be part of the next public release.

OK, version 1.0.22 was released today and fixes this.
