Taxa listed as unknown despite being properly grafted

I don’t know what you mean, they don’t appear as unknown to me… can you take a screenshot? what are you using to view the observations?

It’s right there in the URL, so if you are seeing any taxa at all then they are being listed under Unknown (for iconic taxa). I can see ten species there

Yeah this is an indexing bug that occurs periodically. Inactivating and reactivating the species should fix it.
