it looks like you’re not getting some CSS files. i did a quick search of the forum for “CSS”, and this looks relevant: https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/upload-page-slow-and-looking-very-strange/7215. you could also check your browser’s console (CTRL+SHIFT+I in Chrome) to see if any relevant error or warning messages pop up.
