Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):
Step 1: Click on user profile to view “Last Active” date
Step 2: Click on Observations tab of the user and check the observations of user and note the “Date” when they posted their last observation.
Step 3: Check if “Last Active” Date is at least equal to the last observation posted date if not greater
Is posting observation not counted as Active? Should a user login to website to have their Last Active date updated?
