Way To Add Pre-Existing Photo to Observation?

I recently had a bug where Duplicating observations still resulted in the same photograph being reuploaded as separate ones. Is there a way on PC to link to a pre-existing photograph to my observation, to fix this without deleting that observation and attempting duplication again?

if i’m understanding you correctly, this can be done via the API. if you need help doing that, just point to a photo and observation that you want to link together.
