I really enjoy joining projects. I horde projects I’ve joined like a magpie hordes random trinkets. I’m always looking for more to join and I’ve already found some good ones from seeing them get mentioned here on various forum threads. So to all my fellow magpies here, what are some of your favorite…

Oh darn it! I added observations with living trees! Now I have to remove them.

From those that weren’t mentioned yet: Animated observations Molluscan Mycophagy Jumpingspider (Salticidae) Mimicry Killed by Domestic Cats

Your link for Jumping spiders goes to the Mollusc project

That is really cool. I had no idea this was even a thing.

One I found today, with an interesting premise: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/home-compost-exploration

[image] jgw_atx: First Known Photographs of Living Specimens Wasn’t there another project for first observations of an organism on iNat (not first everywhere)? I thought there was, but I can’t seem to find it.

I’ve never seen a project for that. I would love to see it though if it does exist!

I definitely remember it being discussed here, but not sure if it existed already or someone wanted to make it.

What are your favorite projects?
