What does the "established" annotation mean?

I noticed it popping up maybe a week or two ago in some of my observations (even in those which prev didn’t have it) and thought it was a new annotation intended for exotic taxa so didn’t think about it too much. However, today it is in my V. cumingi obv here in Maguindanao (del Norte), Mindanao, Philippines wherein the species is native so now I don’t know what it really means.
