What's the most up to date field guide for trees species in Texas?

I’m looking for something comparable to Trees, Shrubs, and Woody Vines of Arkansas by Jennifer Ogle, Theo Witsell, and Johnnie Gentry but for the state of Texas. Preferably a book with range maps that include the counties.

I’m not familiar with the book you mention, but by the best North American tree field guide is The Sibley Guide to Trees by David Allen Sibley. Of course it’s far more than you need, since it covers all of the US (minus Hawaii) and Canada.
