Description of need:
I somehow only now discovered the keyboard shortcuts for the identify page, and while they remove a ton of friction from ID’ing, I sometimes find myself accidentally entering the comment mode, or entering the comment mode and then deciding I have nothing to say. In this event my intuition is to press escape to exit the textbox, but this closes the entire observation, meaning I need to close the textbox with my mouse, while is a bit clunky when I am doing everything else on the keyboard.
Feature request details:
If a textbox is active (i.e., currently being typed in), pressing escape deactivates the textbox, as if you had clicked out of the textbox with a mouse. Pressing escape again would close the observation, like normal, because nothing is highlighted.
