Unsure if this is truly a “bug”, but it doesn’t seem intentional.
Next observation shortcut in Identify mode works while in the disagrement popup. The popup remains, is still functional and affects the previous observation. If you are locked out from ignoring the notice with mouse inputs attempting to go to the next observations, I don’t see why keyboard shortcuts should take you to the next observation.
