I searched the forum but could not find an answer. Currently when exporting personal observations , or observations from a project the parameters do not seem to allow export of the camera meta data.
Is there a way that this is possible, if yes ? then how ?

it depends on what metadata you’re trying to get, but generally you can only get this information by scraping the data from the photo page. see https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/can-i-through-the-api-readout-the-stripped-exif-information-of-photos/33093.
