A loon-y question

I know that iNat is very good with hybrids but I am surprised that there is no hybrid option for loons. Yes, it is rare for loons to hybridize, but they do. I am wondering if someone could add loon hybrids
Here is an article for proof (BTW: more loon species hybridize aside from Yellow Bill and Common, this is just the best example I could find of loon hybridization)

You can flag existing related taxon (if appropriate) from their taxon page or ask a curator for help suggesting a new taxon (specific info related to hybrids can be seen in the Curator Guide). All new taxa are added through this process.

tried doing that, but

1: not a curator
2: making a flag didn’t work for some reason

you don’t need to be a curator to raise a flag, curators will respond to them for you

can you elaborate on this/provide details? If you go to the parent page, ie genus Gavia, you should see this button at bottom right of the chart, and a dropdown allowing you to raise a flag:

click that option, and you should be able to raise a flag (you’ll get taken to this page when clicking that option: https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/4620/flags/new). At which step of the process does it not work for you?

I tried it again and making a flag worked, thanks :)
