Add ability to sort charts for a species by year

I have been adding a lot of annotations to observations lately and I have stumbled upon a feature that I hope can be implemented.

On the homepage of a taxon, for example, Hobblebush . One can currently sort the observations by place and look at the charts of that place, but it would be nice to be able to also sort by year and look at the charts for that.

I think it can be userful to then be able to see when flowers come out, leaves open, fruits form, and leaves change color by the year for a species, and then track over time what happens by the year. With the climate changing it would be interesting to see how it changes each year.

Would be a neat feature! In the meantime, you can use the experimental compare tool for this, with some URL know-how. This compares hobblebush flowering period from 2020-2024. And this compares fruiting during the same time period.
