Add toggle for not saving photos automatically to camera roll

Description of need:
I’d like to have a setting to disallow the automatic saving of photos to Photos app Library in order to save device space.

Feature request details:
This would just be a simple toggle to allow or disallow photos to be automatically saved to the Photos app Library. In the future, photos could live in a Seek specific album on save.

I would like this feature in the Android app. I don’t need to see all my iNat photos when I am going through the photos I’ve taken with my phone.
