Handy in what way? Is there a shortcoming in functionality when using the exising fonts?

Handy as in handy-CAPS?
Making your t̶̛͉͈̞̣͂́̉̊ê̷̺̊x̶̯̬̻̺͉̽̑͗t̷̢͈̤̻͚͚̝́ͅ unreadable, and inaccessible to people with 𝓇𝑒𝒶𝒹𝒾𝓃𝑔/🅅🄸🅂🅄🄰🄻 disability. A sort of content obscuration. :)

Ironically, some weird/fancy characters are never used where they should be: for units, mathematical equations, scientific inferior/superior in chemical formulas etc.
