I’m using the Android app on a Samsung Galaxy S8. These observations have suggested IDs on the website, but in the mobile app show nothing.
Yes, thank you @bouteloua, that worked. I’ve noticed this problem intermittently for at least a few days, maybe a week. I pull down to refresh regularly, and the info was there earlier, then disappeared, then reappeared just now. Thank you for your help.
This sounds buggy to me. Maybe next time it happens you can submit a log report?
