Android keeps losing joined projects from the project page

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: Our project worker joined with his OnePlus phone to our IAS project (https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/vieraslajien-torjunta-suomessa)

Step 2: When he tries to access the project the joined project list is empty

Step 3: At some moments the project is seen in the listing but on another moment the whole project list is empty again.

Hi! Unfortunately, I don’t have an answer or solution, but I think I’ve been having a similar issue on my iPhone and posted about it recently:

Does it seem similar to that?

Unfortunately we haven’t been able to pin down the cause for this. In the latest Android version, 1.21.17 (484), we added more code around this area of the app for debugging, which should give us more insight into what the app is doing when this happens. So once you update to that version of the app, please send us log files if you see this happen again.

To send log files, go to the About tab in the app and tap three times on the version number. You will then have the option to email the log files to us.
