Why are some people getting error messages when trying to join a project I created?

Welcome to the forum. It will help diagnose the issue if you can fill out the Bug Report template with more info. Are the problems limited to a specific app or the website?

Also, I’ve changed the title of the report from “group” to “project” because this seems to be an issue with a specific project.

I suspect they have not confirmed their email address. Please have them email help@inaturalist.org and have them include their account’s username in the email.
