@kiwifergus I think this is more likely related to this bug, so I moved it to this category.

I have been having pretty much same issue on my android app. It adds old observation photos to new observations, frequently. I’ve been deleting them, concerned it will delete the photo altogether, from old observation, at first it wasn’t, now it does. Which makes that work around no longer viable.

Does this happen with every new observation? @jennifer478 can you please provide more details, as @kueda asked for earlier in the thread? What happens when you add an observation while offline (e.g. airplane mode?) Does it happen when you sign out and sign back in again? How about after you…
