New curator here, I started manually adding NT, VU etc. for birds, taken from the Swedish red list. But is there a way for a not very tech-savvy person to batch add them?

No.
The site does not want them bulk added as changing geoprivacy on records is server/database intensive.
One at a time is all that can be done.
Ah, well. Better stop then, it’s too time consuming. But thanks!
