I recently purchased Mariposas Nocturnas. Lovely photography and “coffee-table book”. As a fairly avid moth-er I’m happy to have it simply to enjoy the beauty and variety of moths in Central and South America.
But since the plates aren’t arranged by even superfamily, nor is any indication given of where in that large-ish stretch of territory a photo was taken it won’t help anyone trying to ID what they saw on a trip to a particular country. Just so everyone knows this book is in no way a guide…
