This one is by far one of my favorites. A mountain bog gentiana from Lake Tahoe. I’d never seen one before and it made an impression. I love the pale ‘stars’ on the blue background inside the petals.
I personally have never eaten them, but you should check out the YouTube channel Feral Foraging - there is a video on black locust.
