Forgot to tell you but I tried the first cmd version and it worked and just now tried the .bat file version and that worked also. Thanks again!

It’s not the same as the requested functionality, but you can now add observaitons to a traditional project from the Identify page. We’ll be adding keyboard shortcuts to that soon as well. I’m going to close this because we don’t plan on making functionality to add observations to a traditional project by bulk (aside from one’s own observations).
