all of us have many photos published on this great platform. However, now i wonder if there is any legal problem if I’m going to republish my photos in a non-profit educational website?

I don’t see why there would be a problem with that. The pictures you added are yours, iNaturalist doesn’t own the pictures.
Now if you are using other people’s pictures as long as you credit them and the source it shouldn’t be a problem either.

…and you have either gotten permission from them or they have made their photo available under a CC license. (Just felt it necessary to note that crediting the photographer isn’t automatically sufficient, even for non-commercial use.)
