Can not filter on location I have used for observations

Please fill out the following sections to the best of your ability, it will help us investigate bugs if we have this information at the outset. Screenshots are especially helpful, so please provide those if you can.

Platform (Android, iOS, Website): web site

App version number, if a mobile app issue (shown under Settings or About):

Browser, if a website issue (Firefox, Chrome, etc) : Google Chrome

URLs (aka web addresses) of any relevant observations or pages:

Screenshots of what you are seeing (instructions for taking a screenshot on computers and mobile devices: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/):

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: Filter my observations by desired date range

Step 2: Select Batch Edit

Step 3: Attempt to filter by location I have used to identify the observation. The location does not show as a displayed predetermine location, so I enter the location I have used. The filter does not display just those desired observations.

Without screenshots or details on what the location is, it is hard to say for sure what the problem might be. However, one possible explanation is that the location you are looking for needs to be entered under Place (at the bottom left of my screenshot, where I have “Sugarloaf Ridge State Park”) instead of Location (top right). User-defined places usually need to go in Place box.

Do you mean a pinned location? They’re not searchable.
