I regret that I must cancel my monthly donation to iNaturalist due to local needs for the poor: food, medical care, winter clothing, heating fuel, and similar humanitarian needs.
I can’t for the life of me find how to cancel my automatic donation. In my view, making it easy to donate and difficult to end a donation is a form of entrapment, and is unfair to users.
Help greatly appreciated!
If I go to the page to become a monthly supporter (Account Settings → Bottom right of the page there is a hyperlink within the donation text that reads “Click here to become a Monthly Supporter”), I can see these two pieces of information in regards to cancelling:
The donation system is a third-party plugin (Donorbox). Check whichever emails you might have used when you made the donation, and you should be able to find the account setup email they’re referencing.
