Can't update an observation field to the newly edited value

Related bug I am having:
When I edit an allowed value for an observation field, the edit field on an observation (click on an observation field entry, then “Edit”) will not allow me to update the field value to the new version of that value, because it thinks that the observation already has that value on it. It won’t let me press the “Add” button unless I choose a different value.

Also when I delete an observation field entry on an observation, the observation field search box will not show that observation field again afterwards unless I refresh the page.

I have that issue too and resolved it…sort of…by swithching to a different value, the back to the new one, then “Add”. It doesn’t take long once you get used to the flow.
