Catalan is a language spoken by millions of people in Catalonia, Valencia, the Balearic Islands, Roussillon and the Aragon strip. It would be very important that common names in Catalan could be shared by the iNaturalist community.

iNat already has many Catalan common names, e.g.
If you’d like to add more, there is a place on each taxon page to add a new name, or you can use the bulk import template to import many names at once.
