Is it necessary to delete their account? Would it not be possible to ask the predecessor to either give you the login of the organizations account or to at least promote you to admin for the projects?

In the project settings, at the bottom there is a text box to add another account as an admin: [{2313A1F3-F082-4908-8D53-4D33000B21ED}] You’ll need to either ask them to add you, or get login information for their account in order to add yourself.

Thanks. Yes, I’ve already done this but would like to remove them completely because there are 2 accounts now associated with this organization. I would like to eventually delete the profile without losing the Project information.

When I tested this myself I couldn’t figure out how to transfer ownership. Maybe ownership will transfer if you delete the other account but I’m not sure.
