Transfer ownership of collection and umbrella projects

I can add project admins, but cannot transfer ownership:

This is a feature I’d definitely like to see. I’ve made projects that I no longer want to be a part of, but cannot leave without deleting the project. Passing it to another project admin would be a good way of doing it.
