Closing observation intro in iOS app gives empty black screen

Description of problem:

Step 1: Install fresh iNaturalist app on iPhone.

Step 2: Open the app and sign into your account.

Step 3: Click the green observe button.

Step 4: Click the Close X in the upper right corner to dismiss the observation intro screen (rather than clicking the “Observe Organisms” button).

Actual result: You get an empty black screen and have to force-quit the app.

Expected result: Same as clicking the “Observe Organisms” button. The camera interface is loaded.

Reliably reproducible: Yes

There probably just shouldn’t be a Close X on this screen.

Thank you for this report. We are working on a fix and I believe it will be resolved with the next app release.
